The past year has been incredibly hectic for us. We have experienced a great deal of demand as many people wanted fiber for their home office, home school, cabin office, gaming, entertainment and TV.
Altibox Customer Service changes opening hours

Due to very low traffic at night, the opening hours on the phone will be changed to 07:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and 08:00 – 21:00 on weekends and holidays. This will not affect our 24-hour monitoring and emergency response. We will still correct common faults at night as before.
SnapTV

The TV service SnapTV System is end of life and will be shut down.
